I have experience of occasionally breeding puppies for pets over the last 25 years. I never let puppies go new homes until they have been fully weened and vaccinated ,micro chipped and health checked. Puppies are socialised with people and children and leave with information pack feeding instructions and tips on house training ready to go to their new owners.
